Probable

Probable
🆕 Probably him in 1830: Samuel Timberman, 40–49, heading a household of 12 in Upper Alloways Creek Township, Salem County, with two sons 15–20; William and Ann Timberman lived next door (Upper Alloways Creek Township, 1830) Probable confirm or correct → S996. Evidence: the name, and the township where Mary Timberman died in 1858 S860. Weak: 1830 names only the head, and the age bracket is a decade younger than his 71 in 1850 S861. Know more? Use “Add to this record”. added 29 September 2026
Probable
🆕 Probably him in 1840: Samuel Timberman, 60–69, in Upper Alloways Creek Township, Salem County, with a woman 50–59, a boy 10–14 and a girl 5–9. He is listed between Benjn Timberman and Samuel Timberman Jr, both 20–29, who may be older sons Probable confirm or correct → S1017. Evidence: his age fits the 71 of 1850 S861, the woman fits Mary, and the boy fits John H., born about 1830. Weak: 1840 names only the heads, and the 1830 entry gives him an age of 40–49, which does not agree. Know more? Use “Add to this record”. added 29 September 2026

Compiled for the Proeger family

Living adults appear in full, on the same terms as everyone else here: what the records say, each claim cited. Minors appear by name only — no date of birth, no birth year, no age, no school, no place, no address, no other identifying detail. A minor may be named and may appear in a family photograph; nothing further about them is published. Where it is not established whether someone is an adult or a minor, the minor rule applies.
